Comprehensive Specialties

AQUA Dermatology’s comprehensive specialties, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology as well as vein care, plastic surgery, radiation and medical oncology, makes us unique in the industry.

We use the latest advancements in general dermatologic care to treat patients of all ages for skin conditions common and complex, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, moles, rashes, skin discolorations, infections, skin cancer, hair loss, nail fungus, STDs, and more.

Our highly skilled pediatric dermatologists provide advanced, comprehensive skin care for children, from newborns to toddlers and teenagers to young adults. We treat acne, birthmarks, eczema, hemangiomas, warts and more with compassionate, kid-friendly care.

AQUA Dermatology is proud to provide both traditional and innovative skin cancer care, including Mohs surgery and electron beam therapy. Offering the full spectrum of treatments ensures that each patient has the best chance at a cure and the best possible cosmetic outcome.

For the many patients looking for both medical and cosmetic treatment, AQUA Dermatology offers a full range of cosmetic services, including state-of-the-art laser and body contouring procedures, facial rejuvenation, PRP, and more, all from fully trained and licensed providers.

AQUA Dermatology is one of the few dermatology practices in the Southeast to offer electron beam therapy for non-melanoma skin cancers. With EBT, patients have a highly effective, noninvasive option to consider alongside more traditional treatments. All radiation services are overseen by board-certified radiation oncologists.

In addition to providing comprehensive dermatologic services, we are the largest vein care provider in the Southeast. Our vein physicians are leaders in the treatment of venous disorders and cosmetic veins issues. No case is beyond our expertise or experience.

As a full-service dermatology practice, AQUA Dermatology offers cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Our plastic surgeons specialize in areas including facial rejuvenation, breast and body procedures, reconstructive surgery, and complex scar revisions. They also assist in Mohs reconstruction.

Our partner practice Goodman Dermatology offers one of the few private practice dermatology residency training programs in the country. In this ACGME-accredited program, residents practice under the instruction of in-house providers and also follow a curriculum taught by some of the country’s top surgeons and dermatopathologists.

In the ACGME-accredited Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology Fellowship Program, offered by our partner practices at Goodman Dermatology and Surgical Dermatology Group, fellows become proficient at using the Mohs technique for even the largest and most complicated skin cancers.
